This recently completed rezoning to a Direct Control (DC) Guideline was completed in May 2013. 

This rezoning paves the way for the development of these properties in the future to utilize the maximum height and floor area ratios provided to properties within the Area Redevelopment Plan and Transit Oriented Development.

In addition to the required community consultation on the rezoning, The Dobbin Group also hosted a Laneway Roundtable Discussion to engage the community in addressing concerns about shared commercial-residential lanesway.
